1. In store: present the Fnac-Darty gift card at the checkout and pay the rest, if needed, with a payment method accepted by the Fnac or Darty store.
2. On fnac.com: enter the card number and confidential code, and pay the rest, if needed, with a payment method accepted by fnac.com.

1. The Fnac-Darty gift card can be used once or several times in Fnac and Darty stores and on fnac.com (excluding gift and download cards, press subscriptions, photo prints and Marketplace), in mainland France.
2. The card balance and expiry date are available from the reception desk of Fnac and Darty stores and on 08 21 08 10 30 (€0.12/min).
3. The general terms of use and the list of Fnac and Darty stores are available at <a href="https://www.fnac.com/">www.fnac.com/</a> and <a href="https://www.darty.com/">www.darty.com/</a>.
4. The Fnac-Darty gift card cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded, even partially, credited to a card, bank account or another gift card, or discounted, and does not give change.
5. It is not replaced or refunded in case of loss or expiry.
6. Validity: 12 Months from activation

4. La Carte Cadeau Fnac-Darty ne peut être ni échangée, ni revendue, ni remboursée, même partiellement, ni portée au crédit d'une carte, d'un compte bancaire ou d'une autre carte cadeau, ni faire l'objet d'un escompte, et ne peut donner lieu à aucun rendu de monnaie.
5. Elle n'est ni remplacée, ni remboursée en cas de perte ou de péremption.
6. Validité : 12 mois à compter de l'activation
