How to redeem: Online: 1. To redeem online, enter the Gift Card number and PIN at the checkout payment step. In store: 1. To redeem in store, present your Gift Card to the cashier in any PetSmart store at the time of purchase. In-Store Mobile Redemption Recipient: 1. To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the Gift Card number and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. Cashier: 1. Hand key the Gift Card number and associated PIN into the POS.
