How to redeem: Phone Redemption:
1. Call SiriusXM Customer Care at 1-866-635-2349.
2. Inform the Service Agent that you have a SiriusXM Digital Prepaid PIN that needs to be applied to your account.
3. The Customer Care Agent may request your Radio ID or telephone number to locate your account.
4. Provide the agent with your 14-digit code to apply the credit to your account.
5. Start enjoying SiriusXM programming.
Online Redemption:
1. Go to care.siriusxm.com and select the appropriate drop-down from the "My Account" tab.
2. If you are a current subscriber, log in to your account and enter your Digital Prepaid PIN in the "Redeem A Prepaid Card or Digital Service PIN" field.
3. If you are a new subscriber, register for an account online:
- Click on the "My Account" tab on our website and select "Activate a New Radio" under the "I'm New" section.
- Complete steps 1-4 to create an account.
- In step 5, enter your payment information and select the box "I have a SiriusXM Prepaid Subscription Card that I'd like to use".
- Enter the code in the "Card PIN Number" box.
- Click "Update Total" to apply the value to your subscription.
Note: A credit card is required to create a new account. The PIN must be entered exactly as displayed.
Terms of use: 1. This card/PIN is redeemable toward a new or existing subscription to any SiriusXM service, or service Powered by SiriusXM, and not for the purchase of hardware, which is sold separately.
2. Upon redemption, a credit for the value shown on this card/PIN will appear on your account, and it can be applied only toward a subscription package, activation and other fees and taxes.
3. An unused card/PIN may be returnable and refundable subject to the retailer's return policy; see store details.
4. This card/PIN cannot be redeemed for cash, is not refillable, and has no cash value.
5. This card/PIN will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without your permission.
6. This card/PIN can be suspended or terminated without notice if fraudulent use is suspected.
