At the IKEA store, you simply present it at the checkout when you pay for your purchase. When purchasing online, enter the gift card number and PIN during the checkout process to redeem one or more gift cards.</p> <p>If you have lost your gift card or someone else has used it without your permission, unfortunately we cannot block or replace the card. We must treat gift cards like cash.</p> <p>IKEA Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for services. If a gift card is used in a currency other than Euro, payments will be made in the official currency of the relevant country (using the exchange rate of the most current official currency rate).
