What to Expect During Identity Verification (KYC)

For larger orders or unusual account activity, we may ask you to verify your identity before we release the order. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering check, not something specific to you - most orders never require it.

Steps

1. If verification is needed, you'll get an email explaining what's required.
2. Upload a photo or scan of a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence) using the secure link in that email, or reply to the email directly with it attached.
3. Our team reviews the document, usually within a few hours.
4. Once verified, your order is released automatically and you receive your product as normal.
