How to redeem: 1. This gift card can be redeemed on the OLA Mobile App and on the website.
Terms of use: 1. This gift card is accepted only online on the OLA Mobile App and on the website. 2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary. 3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed. 4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers. However, the GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other promo codes. 5. Only one GV/GC can be used against one bill. 6. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card. 7. The GV/GC can be redeemed towards any category other than Ola Drive, Ola Share, Rentals, Outstation, Food, Luxury, Auto, Bike & Shuttle. 8. To use the GV/GC, open the OLA App on your mobile/website. Enter the voucher code in apply coupon section BEFORE booking the ride. 9. GV/GC is redeemable only against the fare of the ride. Any taxes, tolls, and miscellaneous charges will not be included in the GV/GC value. 10. Please visit https://www.olacabs.com/fares to check the list of cities where OLA services are available. 11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash. 12. GV/GCs cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances. 13. Ola GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates. Ola may add or delete any date at its sole discretion. 14. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. 15. Ola makes full efforts to accept Insta GV/GC, but on account of any technical reasons, the GV/GC may not get accepted on the app. 16. If a GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. 17. OLA reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. 18. OLA may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases. 19.
