To prevent fraud, some orders may require a quick identity check - a selfie with a valid Passport, National ID, or Driver's License. Most customers won't need this. Any details shared are used only for verification and fraud prevention, handled securely per our Privacy Policy, and never for marketing. Vouchers are delivered after payment (and verification, if required); orders under review may see a short delay.
