1. You can use H&M Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your chosen H&M and H&M Home item(s).
2. The amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be shown on your receipt.
3. No exchange or refund will be made, but the balance can be used towards future purchases.
4. To shop on hm.com, enter your Gift Card number and PIN at checkout.

5. Once expired, the H&M gift card cannot be used, cannot be reactivated, and the unused value is not returned.
6. H&M is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged H&M gift cards after activation.
7. Treat H&M gift cards like cash.
8. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or change card, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to buy another H&M gift card.
