Only redeemable at Metro Supermarket stores in EGYPT 2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance 3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 4. If misplaced Metro Supermarket and MyList cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
