Terms of use: Gift Cards are redeemable online at riverisland.com and in all River Island stores in the UK (excluding Selfridges and Voisins), Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man, they can be used in full or part payment for products or services purchased. Any currency conversions will be at the up to date exchange rate. When redeeming your Gift Card online, enter the 16-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN number at the payment page of the online checkout. With the exception of the Republic of Ireland, you may not redeem more than five Gift Cards in one single transaction. If you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to cover the total cost of your order (including delivery), you will need to the cover the balance with another payment method. When redeeming your Gift Gard in store, present your Physical Gift Card or a copy of your Digital Gift Card email or present the electronic version of the Digital Gift Card on your mobile device to the cashier at the till point. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £2/€2 and a maximum value of £250/€250. Gift Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory legal rights.
