How to redeem: ENGLISH
1. To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the gift card barcode and associated PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.
2. The cashier will select “Gift Card” as the payment method and scan the barcode from your mobile screen or a printed sheet.
3. If the register cannot read the barcode, the cashier will manually enter the 16-digit gift card number, which requires a supervisor override.

1. Pour utiliser votre carte-cadeau électronique à partir d'un appareil mobile, présentez le code-barres et le NIP associé au caissier au moment de l'achat.
2. Le caissier sélectionnera « Carte-cadeau » comme mode de paiement et scannera le code-barres sur l'écran mobile ou sur un format imprimé.
3. Si la caisse ne parvient pas à lire le code-barres, le caissier saisira manuellement les 16 chiffres du numéro de la carte-cadeau, ce qui nécessitera l'autorisation d'un superviseur.

1. Cards are valid at participating stores in Canada.
2. Cards can be used for all in-store purchases except another Corporate Gift Card (grocery, fuel or liquor), third-party cards in Thrifty Foods, Needs, and all banners in Quebec, or as prohibited by law.
3. Check your Card balance in store, or by calling 1-800-832-0717.
4. Protect your Card like cash; the value remaining on the Card cannot be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without your consent.
5. Card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
6. Cards can be redeemed at Sobeys, IGA, Garden Market IGA, Foodland, Safeway, FreshCo, Chalo! FreshCo, Thrifty Foods, Lawtons Drugs, Needs, and Fast Fuel locations across Canada.
7. Sobeys Inc. gift cards are accepted only in these specific IGA locations in British Columbia: 4823 – 50 Avenue (Fort Nelson), 5001 – 50 Avenue (Chetwynd), and 624-9 Avenue North (Golden).
