In store: 1. Your eGift card can be redeemed in any UK store, excluding concession stores, by presenting it on your mobile device or as a printed copy. You can use your eGift card as part payment, and pay the difference with a credit or debit card, a plastic gift card or a paper gift voucher, online or in store. To check your balance, visit The White Company gift card balance check page and enter the 21-digit number on your eGift card, visit one of our stores, or call our customer service team on 020 375 89 222.

Terms of use: 1. Gift E-Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, with a minimum value of £5 and a maximum value of £500, as applicable. 2. There are no limitations on how many times a Gift E-Voucher can be used (until the balance is £0.00).
