1. Please print your eGift Card, or present it on your mobile device, at any west elm store in the U.S.
Redeem Online:
1. Choose your perfect gift at www.westelm.com.
2. At checkout, please enter your eGift Card number and PIN.
Store Associate:
1. eGift Cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular Gift Card tender.
2. When prompted to swipe the Gift Card, scan the eGift Card barcode or hand-key the 16-digit eGift Card number.
3. Please follow all other standard policies and procedures for handling Gift Card transactions.
